The Opportunity

The Software Solution Architect will play a key role in driving the expansion and enhancement of our product and service offerings. The ideal candidate is a technically-savvy individual with a strong background in pre-sales and software development preferably with experience in fast-paced environments, who thrives in high-intensity, results-driven settings. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and shape the strategic direction of our solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored technical presentations and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

What You Will Do

  • Enable the Sales team to win deals. 

  • Create proposals, provide estimations, and perform thoughtful project discovery.

  • Build Proof of Concepts, prototypes, and quick solutions. 

  • Liaise with internal Engineering and Product teams to fill technical/product gaps for our clients.

  • You will be helping our prospects by providing alternatives to their business challenges. Nothing stops you from finding an angle to close the gaps.

  • Engage in technical and commercial discussions with client influencers, decision-makers, and top management.

  • Build our sales champions across the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Pre-sales or Technical consultation role.

  • Previous software development experience is required. This is a technical and business role, so a degree in Computer Science or related fields is highly preferred.

  • An open mind, optimism, and flexibility but able to be firm when needed.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English and Thai languages.

  • Experience engaging with clients at very different levels, from Top management to Technical counterparts.

  • Ingenuity, a strong sense of urgency, self-agency, drive, autonomy, resilience, attention to detail, and high reliability.

  • Understanding of agile development, engagement types, and commercial negotiations.

  • Able to navigate uncertain environments with a varied degree of information available, but still able to get to the finish line.
