Working location
- Relocation is mandatory if you are located outside Thailand or Vietnam. If you live abroad, we provide a relocation assistance package consisting of a plane ticket allowance and up to 2 weeks of initial accommodation.
- In Bangkok, we have a comfortable and modern office space environment in the heart of Bangkok next to BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit (Interchange 21).
- At the moment, we are only open for hybrid work mode (2 days in the office + 3 days WFH).
What You Will Do
Although each day is usually different and presents its own challenges, there are common themes that you will face every day:
- Discovering new projects, understanding the pain points and users’ expectations, and defining how to approach the problems or innovations through user experience.
- Designing, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Supporting Engineering with design implementation.
- Interacting with Product Managers and iterating on designs.
- Interacting with external stakeholders, listening to and understanding their feedback while defending your design decisions.
- Reporting and providing insights to the Chief Product Officer.
- Identifying and leading new design initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in both UI and UX design with exceptional UI skills, ready to take on a senior role with an opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer.
- A strong proven portfolio showcasing your previous design projects, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality design and continuous improvement, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional/business level (or equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5)
- Master the tools of your craft, such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe CC, etc.
- Proven hands-on experience in mid-to-large scale UX/UI projects and all phases of the design process including user research, user flow, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing - to ensure fluid and holistic customer journeys.
- Expert knowledge of user experience, design patterns, and platform-specific design (e.g., iOS vs. Android).
- Bonus point if you are experienced in E-commerce, Fintech, Hospitality & Travel, or F&B industry.
