The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources/People professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people operations and employee engagement. You will be responsible for creating the best employee experience and leading employee engagement activities.
What You Will Do
Expertly manage the entire Visa and Work Permit process, specifically through the BOI (Board of Investment) system, ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy.
Own the mobility and relocation program for all expat employees, serving as the main point of contact for a smooth transition to Thailand.
Oversee all 90-day reporting and mandatory immigration notifications to ensure our team remains in good legal standing at all times.
Manage all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while handling all related employee expenses.
Own the onboarding and off boarding process, ensuring every teammate has a clear and organized start and end to their journey.
Handle day-to-day HR administration, including updating employee data in the HRIS (Humaans), managing SSO, and tracking health insurance and other benefits.
Support People Operations projects and purchasing needs, including sourcing vendors and managing financial documentation for office requirements.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to help us perform at our best while strengthening our culture and employer brand.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, with a proven track record of success.
Expert-level knowledge of Thai immigration laws, specifically with BOI regulations, Work Permits, and Visa processing.
Hands-on experience in mobility and relocation management for international hires.
Strong, proactive personality—you are someone who takes initiative, solves problems before they escalate, and advocates for the team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration rules clearly to people from different cultures.
Full professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing travel arrangements and strict legal deadlines.
Experience with HRIS systems (Humaans is a plus) and a practical understanding of Thai Labor Law and Compensation & Benefits.
