Job description
About Nimble
We solve our clients’ most difficult business challenges through technology. Our company partners with the most ambitious companies around the world, creating long-term impact with the work we do. If you want to grow together, work on challenging products, and enjoy using the best tools and practices, Nimble is the right place for you!
Our Core Values
Extreme Ownership: We treat our clients’ business as ours.
Bias for Action: Execution is everything. We act swiftly, prioritize decisive moves, and maintain a strong bias for action to deliver results.
Intensity: We tackle challenges with high energy and focus, delivering results through bold, committed actions.
Pragmatism: We prioritize practical, straightforward solutions that deliver results, creatively tackling complex challenges with determination.
Outcome Over Process: We always work toward impactful outcomes, driving results that matter. Processes help us repeat what works, but meaningful outcomes remain our North Star.
Truth Seeking: We seek truth with intellectual honesty, sharp critical thinking, and fact-driven reasoning.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources/People professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people operations and employee engagement. You will be responsible for creating the best employee experience and leading employee engagement activities.
What You Will Do
Be the first advocate of our company culture, both internally and externally.
Ensure every Nimble teammate has the best employee experience throughout their entire journey.
Oversee People Operations administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Preparing visas, work permits, and 90-day notifications for expat employees.
Arranging travel: booking flights, accommodations, logistics, and managing employee-related expenses.
Managing employee benefits such as SSO, health insurance, provident fund, education allowance, and work-from-home allowance.
Plan and execute all company events, including birthdays, team outings, anniversary gifts, and cultural initiatives.
Manage day-to-day HR administration: maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS, oversee benefit registrations (e.g., Group Life Insurance), and serve as the first point of contact for policy-related questions.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle — from preparing welcome packs and conducting onboarding to handling all offboarding processes.
Manage all purchasing for People Operations and the office, including vendor sourcing, cost negotiation, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to help us perform at our best while strengthening our culture and employer brand.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations.
Experience in employer branding, retention management, and employee relations is essential.
Strong working knowledge of Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Thai Labor Law.
Hands-on experience with visa and work permit processes for foreign employees is a strong plus.
You are genuinely people-oriented — outgoing, curious, and proactive about meeting people, understanding what motivates them, and helping them grow.
Versatile and adaptable — able to adjust how you work and lead initiatives to ensure the company continues delivering excellent experiences even in challenging situations (e.g., COVID-19).
Self-driven and proactive — constantly looking to improve and eager to learn every day.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Flexibility that fits. We support a hybrid workstyle, giving you the freedom to find the right rhythm between home and office life.
Work with the right tools. We’ll set you up with a MacBook and a large external monitor so you can work comfortably and efficiently.
A workspace that works for you. Our modern office in the heart of Bangkok (Interchange 21) is steps away from BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit.
Stay fueled. Our kitchen is always stocked with drinks and snacks.
Take the time you need. Enjoy 25 days of paid leave a year (including public holidays), plus a sabbatical month every 3 years.
Celebrate your journey. From anniversary gifts to yearly company outings and spontaneous team activities, we make time for fun and appreciation.
