The Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily office operations and help maintain a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration. You will be responsible for day-to-day admin tasks and office supplies. 

What You Will Do

  • Manage, purchase, and maintain all office and business supplies: stationery, IT equipment, software, snacks, etc.
  • Manage service providers for office, events, and related company activities.
  • Coordinate with office building and third parties related to office management when needed.
  • Take care of administrative work, document work, and other coordination tasks.
  • Work documenting and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Manage travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Support company initiatives by conducting research as requested. 
  • Work closely and support other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in office management and administration.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A driven and self-starter attitude.
  • An open mind, a desire to learn, and to find new ways to do better what we do. You strive to improve every day.
  • Tech savvy and curious, has experience working in fast-paced companies is a big advantage, and usage of modern tools is preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written in English.
  • Only Thai speakers will be considered for this role.
