The Opportunity

As a Growth Strategy Consultant, your mission will be to identify growth opportunities for our business. You’ll conduct market research to pinpoint emerging industries and trends, and you’ll collaborate with clients and partners to understand their challenges and uncover potential areas for new services or products.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new industries, market segments, and emerging trends relevant to our business

  • Analyze industry shifts and market data to inform business development strategy

  • Engage with clients and partners to understand their pain points, needs, and strategic priorities

  • Identify, validate, and present opportunities for new services, partnerships, and business lines

  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to prioritize and pursue high-potential opportunities

  • Support go-to-market planning and the development of value propositions for new offerings

  • Support the Sales and Business Development teams by creating impactful presentations and pitch decks for potential clients and partners

  • Prepare and deliver clear research reports, recommendations, and business cases to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required

  • Hunger, drive, ambition, and a tenacious focus on results

  • 2+ years’ experience in consulting or business development, ideally in a tech-driven or B2B environment

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis tools and methodologies

  • Proven experience designing professional presentations, proposals, or pitch decks for commercial or business development purposes

  • Proficiency with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Canva, or similar

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners/clients

  • Curious, proactive, and able to connect the dots between market needs and business opportunities

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with Southeast Asian markets is a plus
