As a stealth-mode startup incubated within a software consultancy, our mission is to transform customer experiences—making them more seamless, personalized, and impactful. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Founding UX/UI Designer to join our core team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of the product from day one. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire design process—from research and wireframing to prototyping and delivery—collaborating closely with product and engineering.
This opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation, product sensitivity, and a founder’s mindset—ready to craft intuitive, beautiful, and scalable experiences in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
What You Will Do
Lead the design process for new features—identify user pain points and translate them into intuitive, elegant solutions.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI.
Work closely with Engineers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of your designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers and iterate based on product and user feedback.
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and confidently explain and defend your design decisions.
Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and contribute to product direction.
Initiate and lead new design ideas to elevate product quality and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in both UX and UI, with a strong emphasis on UI design.
A proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, attention to detail, and design leadership.
Mastery of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Illustrator.
Hands-on experience across all stages of the design process—research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
Deep understanding of design systems, user flows, and platform-specific standards (web, iOS, Android).
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken), equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.
Passion for clean, user-centered design and a drive for constant improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience in industries such as E-commerce, Fintech, Hospitality, Travel, or F&B.
Experience working in startup or early-stage environments.
Familiarity with metrics-driven design and usability testing methods.
