Job description

About Us

As a stealth mode start-up incubated within a software consultancy, our mission is to transform customer experiences, enhancing their seamlessness, personalization, and impact. We are a dynamic and driven team, relentlessly pushing the boundaries of what's achievable with our cutting-edge Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Founding Technical Product Manager to join our core team. You will be a hybrid of maker and strategist, building the product while driving the vision forward. You will contribute directly to the platform’s architecture, while also owning the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.

This role is ideal for someone who has engineering chops, product intuition, and a founder’s mindset.

Product Design & Development

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

  • Experience in software development (hands-on or past experience).

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to product planning.

  • Deep understanding of UX patterns for web and mobile applications, including iOS and Android.

  • Ability to balance user experience with technical feasibility.

  • Familiarity with product analytics and behavioral tracking tools; able to define, interpret, and act on product usage data.

  • Experience working with both greenfield (new builds) and brownfield (existing systems) projects.

  • Ability to quickly understand and operate within new industries and domains.

  • Strong judgment in prioritizing product development to maximize team effectiveness.

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with web coding languages such as Ruby on Rails, Golang, Javascript, etc.

  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and Gitflow.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile products.

  • Strong grasp of APIs, API tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger), and debugging processes.

  • Understanding of mobile platform differences (web, iOS, Android), including cross-platform tools such as Flutter.

  • Capable of database schema design and data architecture planning.

What You Will Do

  • Discover and define new projects, understand pain points and user expectations, and determine how to approach them through product thinking and user experience.

  • Write clear user stories, manage and groom product backlogs, and lead sprint planning sessions.

  • Ensure the quality of developed features and products.

  • Review UX/UI designs and collaborate with design teams to ensure feasibility and consistency.

  • Support Engineering with the implementation of product features.

  • Interact with internal stakeholders, gather feedback, and communicate product decisions clearly and effectively.

  • Support the Sales team in evaluating new product opportunities, assessing feasibility, and identifying risks.

  • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer with key updates and strategic insights.

  • Help define the direction of the Product team, including initiatives, best practices, and long-term goals.

  • Participate in hiring efforts and contribute to recruitment decisions.

  • Identify and lead strategic product or process initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Why Join Us?

  • Innovation at Scale: Be a part of an innovative project that will reshape the customer experience landscape.

  • Dynamic Environment: Work in a vibrant, energetic office filled with creative minds

  • Growth Opportunities: Continuous learning and development opportunities to advance your career.

  • Be Part of Something: Potential to earn equity for all early employees.

  • Growth is part of the job. Through regular one-on-ones, structured feedback, and a clear leveling framework, we support every team member’s growth—not just in technical skills, but in communication, collaboration, and leadership.

  • Learning never stops. Access a vast library of resources like Pluralsight, PragPub, Leanpub, e-books, and more—plus a yearly education allowance to help you level up in any direction you choose.

  • We’ve got your back. From day one, you’ll get private medical insurance, social welfare coverage, and a company care fund.

  • We invest in your future. We match your monthly Provident Fund contributions to help you build long-term security.

  • We support your move. If you're joining us from abroad, we’ll take care of your visa, work permit, and provide a relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

  • Flexibility that fits. We support a hybrid workstyle, giving you the freedom to find the right rhythm between home and office life.

  • Work with the right tools. We’ll set you up with a MacBook and a large external monitor so you can work comfortably and efficiently.

  • A workspace that works for you. Our modern office in the heart of Bangkok (Interchange 21) is steps away from BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit.

  • Stay fueled. Our kitchen is always stocked with drinks and snacks.

  • Take the time you need. Enjoy 25 days of paid leave a year (including public holidays), plus a sabbatical month every 3 years.

  • Celebrate your journey. From anniversary gifts to yearly company outings and spontaneous team activities, we make time for fun and appreciation.

  • ...and more perks to make work feel better.
